1. वॉलेट बैलेंस और रिचार्ज / Wallet Balance & Recharge

• उपयोगकर्ता अपने वॉलेट को डेबिट कार्ड, क्रेडिट कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग या UPI के माध्यम से रिचार्ज कर सकते हैं।
  Users can recharge their wallet using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
• वॉलेट में न्यूनतम बैलेंस बनाए रखना आवश्यक हो सकता है।
  Maintaining a minimum wallet balance may be required for uninterrupted services.
• सफल भुगतान के बाद राशि वॉलेट में जोड़ दी जाएगी।
  Recharge amount will be credited after successful payment confirmation.

2. पैन कार्ड की हार्ड कॉपी / PAN Card Hard Copy

• पैन कार्ड की हार्ड कॉपी आवश्यक होने पर कार्यालय में जमा करनी पड़ सकती है।
  Physical PAN card copies may need to be submitted when required.
• दस्तावेज़ समय पर उपलब्ध न कराने पर आवेदन प्रभावित हो सकता है।
  Delay in document submission may affect application processing.

3. आवेदन शुल्क और रिफंड नियम / Fees & Refund Rules

• सेवा शुल्क और सरकारी शुल्क अलग-अलग हो सकते हैं।
  Service fees and government fees may differ.
• एक बार आवेदन सबमिट होने के बाद शुल्क सामान्यतः नॉन-रिफंडेबल रहेगा।
  Once an application is submitted, fees are generally non-refundable.
• रिफंड केवल योग्य मामलों में ही लागू होगा।
  Refunds will only be applicable in eligible cases.

4. गोपनीयता और सुरक्षा / Privacy & Security

• उपयोगकर्ता की व्यक्तिगत जानकारी सुरक्षित रखी जाती है।
  User personal information is stored securely.
• डेटा का उपयोग केवल सेवा और सत्यापन उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाएगा।
  Data will only be used for service and verification purposes.
• भुगतान सुरक्षित पेमेंट गेटवे के माध्यम से प्रोसेस किए जाते हैं।
  Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

5. कंपनी की जिम्मेदारी / Company Responsibility

• तकनीकी खराबी या सरकारी पोर्टल में देरी के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
  The company shall not be responsible for technical failures or government portal delays.
• अंतिम स्वीकृति संबंधित सरकारी विभागों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होगी।
  Final approval depends on the concerned government authorities.

6. उपयोगकर्ता के अधिकार / User Rights

• उपयोगकर्ता अपने आवेदन की जानकारी देखने का अधिकार रखते हैं।
  Users have the right to review their application information.
• उपयोगकर्ता डेटा सुधार या अपडेट का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं।
  Users may request correction or update of their information.

7. शुल्क में बदलाव / Fee Changes

• कंपनी समय-समय पर शुल्क में बदलाव कर सकती है।
  The company reserves the right to revise fees at any time.
• अपडेटेड शुल्क वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित किए जाएंगे।
  Updated fee structures will be published on the website.
