1. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

  • Once a PAN application, correction request, or verification service has been submitted to NSDL, UTIITSL, or any authorized intermediary, the service fee becomes strictly non-refundable.
  • Government fees, portal charges, API charges, and third-party processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

When Refunds May Apply

Refund requests may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Payment is successfully completed but the application could not be initiated due to a verified technical issue from our side.
  • Duplicate payment has been made for the same service or application.
  • The requested service is unavailable and the application was not processed.

Refund Procedure

  • Users must report refund-related issues within 7 working days from the payment date along with valid transaction proof.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banking networks and payment gateways.

2. Cancellation Policy

After Submission

  • Once an application is submitted to NSDL, UTIITSL, or any authorized processing partner, cancellation will not be possible.
  • Submitted applications cannot be modified or withdrawn after final processing has started.

Before Submission

  • If the application is still pending with Bharat PAN and has not yet been submitted to the authorized authority, users may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
  • In approved cases, a small administrative or processing fee may be deducted before issuing the refund.

3. Service-Specific Conditions

  • PAN Verification Requests: Once verification is processed, service fees become non-refundable.
  • Incomplete Applications: Applications lacking proper documents, signatures, photographs, or mandatory details may be rejected without refund.
  • User Errors: Incorrect information provided by the applicant that results in rejection or delay will not qualify for refund.
  • Third-Party Delays: Bharat PAN will not be responsible for delays caused by government systems, NSDL, UTIITSL, banks, or technical partners.
